Your First Visit

Upon arrival you will be asked to complete a patient history form which will include pertinent information concerning your health. In order to make an efficient analysis of your dental needs, a clinical exam will include :- examination of your head and neck, facial and oral soft tissue, oral cancer screening, dental examination and periodontal examination. This, in conjunction with radiographs(X-rays), will give us a database on your dental records. If you have had a recent full mouth series taken within the last year, we will be happy to help you secure copies of those records. A diagnoses and treatment plan will be presented to you, along with an estimate of your dental treatment needs and your treatment options will be discussed.

Continuing Care

Regular preventive oral care is a wise investment. We hope you share our belief that early care is easier and less costly than treatment delayed. This is why we custom design and encourage regular preventive maintenance visits. These visits and their frequency during the year are determined by your particular dental health and needs. These re-care visits consist of oral cancer screenings, detection of decay and periodontal(gum) disease, as well as preventive cleanings.

Emergencies

Please call the office nearest to you and if we are not in the office than the answering machine will give you the appropriate information and number
